By accessing the matejl Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Bet, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
These Terms apply to all Players regardless of the device or method used to access the Platform, including desktop browsers, mobile browsers, and the matejl mobile application.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account on the matejl Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, matejl reserves the right to close all but the original Account, void any Bets placed, and forfeit any Bonus Credits associated with the duplicate Accounts.
Before any withdrawal is processed, you are required to complete KYC verification by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Accepted documents include:
matejl may also request proof of address and proof of payment method as part of the verification process. KYC documents must be submitted in clear, legible form. Altered or fraudulent documents will result in immediate Account termination and referral to the appropriate authorities.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account details with any third party. matejl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify matejl immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.
All deposits to your matejl Account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. matejl accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. matejl does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as inactive. matejl may apply a monthly administrative fee of ₱50 to inactive Accounts. You will be notified by email before any fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance will be closed after the inactive period.
Anti-Money Laundering: matejl complies with Philippine anti-money laundering laws. Any transaction that appears to be structured to avoid reporting thresholds, or that is otherwise suspicious, will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.
matejl may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.
Bonus Credits must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated for each promotion. Bets placed on certain games or markets may not contribute, or may contribute at a reduced rate, toward wagering requirements.
matejl actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to clear wagering requirements, and exploiting errors in bonus calculations. Where bonus abuse is detected, matejl reserves the right to void all associated Bets, remove Bonus Credits, and suspend or permanently close the Account.
Bonus Credits that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your Account automatically. matejl is not obligated to reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
A Bet is considered accepted and binding only when matejl's system has confirmed the transaction and a bet reference number has been issued. It is your responsibility to verify that your Bet has been accepted correctly before the relevant event commences. matejl is not liable for Bets that were not successfully placed due to connectivity issues on your end.
matejl reserves the right to void any Bet placed at odds that were published in error, including typographical errors, system errors, or odds that were clearly inconsistent with the true market price at the time of placement. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your Account. matejl's determination of what constitutes an obvious error is final.
A Bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned; the event does not commence within the stated timeframe; the result cannot be verified from an official source; or the Bet was placed in violation of these Terms. Where a Bet is voided, the original stake is returned to your Account.
matejl applies maximum payout limits per Bet and per day, which vary by sport, game, and market. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. matejl reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or payout for any Player at its sole discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the matejl Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of matejl.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, matejl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
matejl's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
matejl does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk. matejl is not responsible for any loss or damage to your device or data arising from your use of the Platform.
Gambling Risk: Gambling involves financial risk. matejl does not guarantee any winnings. Past results do not predict future outcomes. Never bet more than you can afford to lose.
matejl collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
matejl complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to matejl's internal dispute resolution process. You may raise a dispute by contacting matejl support with full details of your complaint. matejl will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and aim to resolve it within fourteen (14) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism. As a last resort, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
